A student at Rice, participating in the old Rice tradition of running around "wearing" a little shaving cream, broke a window with his butt. Now he owes $15,000.

Look at the pictures of the actual window damage. I'm very surprised that the window shattered as badly as it did. One would think that large windows at body-height level would be made of some type of safety glass. Maybe Duncan should counter-sue! Oh, wait - Rice is in Texas and not CA, NJ, NY, etc.
